There are two places that I plan on checking out..that is, when money decides to become a part of my life again.

Occupied is a super cute shoppe in Gastown. It’s a store full of imported lovables, toys, kitchenwware and many shelves full of neat things. It was very hard to not take out the plastic and buy something last time I visited.

Voltage Land is a store a friend from school recently visited. I have yet to check it out, but I can tell from visiting the website, it would be very dangerous for me to visit.

If this kind of style strikes your fancy, you may also like/love Tokidoki. I am in love with the tokidoki designs.. I think it’s truly genius because the designer is Simone Legno, who is a designer from Italy. He’s got the whole Japanese style down, it’s amazing. Not only that, but he manages to sell his Lesportsac bags for around $300 CAD. Only a true nerd/fashionista would fall victim to this!
